WHAT DO I DO ABOUT WARRANTY ISSUES?
First please email to tech support "firstname.lastname@example.org" to help you troubleshoot the unit in most cases this will solve all the issues. If you are required to send the unit back all Car4Play products come with a one year warranty just fill out the RMA form and print it out. Send the from and all the parts you received back to us we will ship replacement parts back the same day your shipment arrives.
DO YOU HELP WITH INSTALLATION?
We don't support Installation
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Return policy is 30 days from the shipping date. Car4Play will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses.
DO YOU PROVIDE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS?
We provide one manual for settings. If you cannot do installation, Please take to professional installation shop.
DO I LOSE FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY OF THE FACTORY EQUIPMENT?
No. All of our equipment will retain all factory installed features.
CAN I INSTALL YOUR PRODUCTS BY MYSELF?
We always recommend to go to a professional dealer/installer to install our products, but you can try installing it yourself if you feel confident about getting to the back of your radio or trunk depending on your car and where you connect our products.
